Well, when I became a stepmom, I thought it was going to be WONDERFUL!!!! The perfect little family, with no conflict, problems, issues...just the opposite! Sometimes I think I am crazy for wanting to stay...but the thing is I love them. I feel torn most of the time. I know that there are alot of step moms out there but we have no support. Most "normal" families just don't understand. So how about we help eaach other.

My Cafemom Support Group Is the Best!

I started this group awhile back, when my stepson was living with his dad and myself and our little girl. everynight i would read other moms like me that where going through the same problems and I finally found that I had "friends" that were on my side.
This group gave me so much comfort! Kowing that I wasn't alone...or better yet mean or crazy helped me keep my sanity! I do want to tell yall, that cafemom moms have all been so nice to each other, responding, helping, encouraging and really loving all those stepmoms who get so much negativity thrown back at them by their family. You moms out there, and that means every member in my cafemom group deserves a hug and a big thank you.
I am so proud and happy for everyones hard work and determination to be the best step-parent one can be. And for all those who have given their shoulder to cry on.
I truely dedicate this blog to all the stepmoms at Cafemom!
